Big day today in the Tasting Room! We are releasing our 2016 Pumpkin Puffer stout aged on Dried Apples and Cinnamon AND Grapefruit Screamin' Reels in cans. At 8:00pm, we will be showing a free screening of The Smog of the Sea, a short film viewing and fundraising event. The Film chronicles a research expedition through the Sargasso Sea and makes an artful call to action for rethinking single-use plastic. We will be accepting $5 donations for the movie viewing, and all proceeds will go to Surfrider Foundation and Slow Foods - both are nonprofits that Jack Johnson's All At Once organization will...

This hoppy Pale Ale was aged on Habanero Peppers, and has a nice balance of hoppy/spicy, and subtle sweetness as well. Tasting Room only, limited release. We are stoked to announce that you can now find Saltwater Brewery beer up north in Ocala and Tallahassee! The first pours of Screamin' were tapped this week at Doc Myers' on Saint George Island and at Gator Joe's in Ocala. Happy October, friends! Morgan Pierce, Brewer & Flavor Master at Saltwater, took a trip down to M.I.A. Beer Company for a Hurricane Irma relief collaboration. The IPA was brewed in collaboration with M.I.A., Barrel of Monks, Wynwood Brewing, Gulfstream Brewing, and Saltwater Brewery, with proceeds going to help those impacted by the Hurricane. Today we are releasing our brand new Rum and Whiskey Maple Syrup Oak Barrel Barleywines! Our Head of Operations and Co-Founder Dustin Jeffers acquired one Rum Barrel and one Rye Whiskey Barrel from a maple syrup purveyor who had previously used these barrels to age their syrup. We aged our Barleywine in them for months and the result is phenomenal. Sweet, dessert-like with strong boozy characteristics make these two beers really something special.
