We brewed with our friends over at Barrel of Monks Brewing and 3 Sons Brewing Co. to create a Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale, "Lime in the CocoMonk," releasing in our Tap Room today! Infused with sweet and sour key lime juice, subtle spices and a hint of sweet coconut, our brewing friends across Palm Beach County created this uniquely Floridan brew. We selected Sabro and Mandarina Bavaria hops to add to its complexity and intensify the citrusy and tropical notes. Limited availability, grab a pint and/or bottle today!
