Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Saltwater Lifestyle gear for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn/unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we can't accept worn neck gaiters/face buffs; gift cards are non-returnable.
Start your return: Returns Center — or email info@saltwaterbrewery.com.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you; if approved, we refund your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or defective: email info@saltwaterbrewery.com and we'll replace or refund it in full — no return-shipping cost to you.
Exchanges: fastest is to return for a refund and reorder.
Return shipping: you cover return shipping unless the item was damaged/defective or our error; original shipping is non-refundable. Ship returns to: SaltWater Brewery, 1701 W. Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444. U.S. returns only.
