Here is what's brewing this week with Saltwater Brewery!

Tasting Room
Tonight, we are hosting a Charity Event for The Ocean Foundation. Come drink for a good cause, win some raffle items, and enjoy food from Out of Many Caribbean Cafe.

Special releases on tap now include our Salty Shoobie - a Gose inspired ale, kettle soured, then brewed with sea salt to give it a pleasant, slightly tart, slightly salty flavor (5.5% abv). We also just released Stone Fruit BRUTfully Clear our Brut IPA with Stone Fruit puree. Bright fruit notes of the stonefruit go nicely with the citrus/orange of the Amarillo hop we used to dry hop the Brut IPA with.

On Saturday, join Stoked on Salt at Saltwater Brewery as we paint a Mahi-Mahi on canvas to benefit Boca Save our Beaches (BSOB). As always, live music and food trucks on site too.

Sunday morning, we have yoga in the Tasting Room with Movement Yoga & Wellness. Cost is $15 for class and includes a free craft beer. Sign up here

Get ahead of holiday gift planning and create a Holiday Terrarium in a Wood Box at Plant & Pint Night on Tuesday at 7pm.

Brewhouse

Actively Fermenting:  Our King Cow has finished fermenting and is due to be centrifuged and packaged shortly, to be ready in time for the Anniversary Party. We also have a Sea Cow fermenting, a House ale that just finished and will be centrifuged on Friday for packaging on Monday.

From the Cellar:  By the end of this week we will have dry hopped 160 barrels (or 4,960 gallons, or 52,907 cans, or 12 oz pours) of Screamin' Reels! We also kegged our Grapefruit Gose and had two full 40 bbl packaging days of Screamin Reels.

Down the Pipeline:  We are still working on getting special beers made for our 5th Anniversary, and should have a nice selection for everyone to try when all is said and done. They're a little bit of a surprise, so make sure you come and try them all during our 5 day celebration!

Market Events

Tonight, we will be pouring at the 7th Annual Best Bite Restaurant Competition at Crane's Beach House, and on Sunday, we'll be cheering on the racers at Capt Hiram's 6th Annual River Challenge Triathlon

If you love what we do with sustainability (Eco Six Pack Rings, charity events, beach cleanups, etc.), then please vote for us for Rubicon's Best Small Business in America! The winner will be announced on Small Business Saturday, Nov 24th. Vote here.
