What's Brewing at Saltwater Brewery - November 15th
Here is what's brewing this week with Saltwater Brewery!
Actively Fermenting: Our King Cow has finished fermenting and is due to be centrifuged and packaged shortly, to be ready in time for the Anniversary Party. We also have a Sea Cow fermenting, a House ale that just finished and will be centrifuged on Friday for packaging on Monday.
From the Cellar: By the end of this week we will have dry hopped 160 barrels (or 4,960 gallons, or 52,907 cans, or 12 oz pours) of Screamin' Reels! We also kegged our Grapefruit Gose and had two full 40 bbl packaging days of Screamin Reels.
Down the Pipeline: We are still working on getting special beers made for our 5th Anniversary, and should have a nice selection for everyone to try when all is said and done. They're a little bit of a surprise, so make sure you come and try them all during our 5 day celebration!
Market Events
Tonight, we will be pouring at the 7th Annual Best Bite Restaurant Competition at Crane's Beach House, and on Sunday, we'll be cheering on the racers at Capt Hiram's 6th Annual River Challenge Triathlon.
