Happy holidays from Saltwater Brewery! Here is what’s brewing this week:

Tasting Room

Come get in the holiday spirit today and enjoy some holiday themed special brews at Saltwater! We are releasing our Cinnamon Sea Cow Milk Stout and Maple Apple Jalapeño Monk Belgian Ale. Tonight is also our Charity Night for Coastal Conservation Association with raffle, beer donations, food and games. Come support this great organization (6-10pm).

We’re feeling merry and bright, so this Saturday we will be serving beers in holiday themed candy rims! Enjoy whichever beer you’d like with crushed candy canes, red and green sprinkles, and/or cinnamon and nutmeg. Saturday is also live music in the beer garden from 4-7pm, and food trucks here all day.

We will be closing at 4pm on Monday, December 24 for Christmas Eve. Come get your growlers filled and stock up the fridge with six packs for the holiday! We will also be closed all day on December 25, and resume normal business hours on December 26.

Brewhouse

Actively fermenting:  We have successfully and without issue filled our 80 bbl FV for a second time. Packed to the brim with delicious Screamin Reels, this will be making its way out to the market in a few weeks!  We are also actively fermenting a Sea Cow Milk Stout and a House Ale.

In the Cellar:  Today we are dry hopping our experimental 20 bbl IPA. Look for that in a week or two in the Tasting Room. We are tentatively calling this beer “5 Reels” in honor of our 5 Year Anniversary and our 500th batch!
