We brewed with our friends over at Barrel of Monks Brewing and 3 Sons Brewing Co. to create a Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale, "Lime in the CocoMonk," releasing in our Tap Room today! Infused with sweet and sour key lime juice, subtle spices and a hint of sweet coconut, our brewing friends across Palm Beach County created this uniquely Floridan brew.
