The Original Popcorn House is coming by Saltwater Brewery tonight for an evening of gourmet popcorn and craft beer pairing! The fun starts at 6pm and the cost is $12 for a flight of beer paired with popcorn. It may be lunchtime, but we are already thinking about enjoying a glass of our Rum Barrel Carrick!  We took inspiration from a chocolate pretzel when creating our Carrick Stout. Dark chocolate, toasted bread, and salt are reminiscent of one of our favorite snacks. We took Carrick and aged it in a rum barrel from our friends at Key West Distilling. Because Saltwater loves sea turtles, and sea turtles love Saltwater, we created a Tortuga Lager🍺🐢! Our seasonal Vienna Lager, we drew inspiration from the turtle migrations and hatchings of the season and brewed an amber lager that has ties to popular Mexican Lagers.
