We brewed with our friends over at Barrel of Monks Brewing and 3 Sons Brewing Co. to create a Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale, "Lime in the CocoMonk," releasing in our Tap Room today! Infused with sweet and sour key lime juice, subtle spices and a hint of sweet coconut, our brewing friends across Palm Beach County created this uniquely Floridan brew. Last night, we were honored to be included in the premiere showing of “Troubled Waters - A Turtle’s Tale,” a film by PBS at the Museum of Discovery & Science in Fort Lauderdale. This film looks at the poor impacts by humans to our oceans and the sea life that lives in it, and highlights what some awesome South Florida organizations like Gumbo Limbo, The Turtle Hospital in Marathon, Loggerhead Marinelife Center, Oceana, MOTE Marine Labs, and our own brewery are doing to help.
