Meet our new Head of Brewing, Justin Rick! Justin is not only an awesome person but he comes to us with loads of brewing experience. He held top brewing positions at Leinenkugel, Stone and Brooklyn Brewery, and graduated from the UC Davis Master Brewer's Program prior to starting his career in brewing. We're super stoked to have someone in the brewhouse with such top notch experience! Since his start date in June, he has been working hand-in-hand with our Brewers Tyler and Morgan, and our Head of Operations, Dustin, to bring all of you a high quality craft product.

Don't forget to keep an eye out for LocAle, Screamin' Reels IPA, and Sea Cow Milk Stout cans out and about in the market! Here's a look at the sweet display from Total Wine:

Tomorrow the celebrations continue with International Coffee Day at Saltwater with the awesome people of Pumphouse Coffee Roasters! We used 3 types of coffee beans to create 3 different, yet totally delicious versions of Coffee Sea Cow Milk Stout, plus a sample of Pumphouse's Nitro Dawn Patrol Cold Brew! On Saturday we're hosting an event called "Save Water: Drink Beer". Come hang out, enjoy a brew, play some games, and learn about environmental issues concerning our water quality in Palm Beach County.

Pumpkin time is almost here! Join us this Saturday, September 17 as we release a Fall-time favorite, Pumpkin Puffer! Brewed with real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices, this Pumpkin Stout is like Fall in a pint glass. We will also have a couple aged releases: 2015 Rum Barrel Pumpkin Puffer (1 year cellared, 1 year rum Barrel aged) and 2015 Pumpkin Puffer Stout! Food trucks will be here all day and live music starts at 7pm. 

On Sunday, September 18, we're releasing our Octo-Festbier and hosting an Oktoberfest! Flavor of Munich will be serving up authentic German-style bratwursts and giant pretzels. It's a German celebration!
