What's Brewing at Saltwater Brewery - May 2nd
New beer alert! Just tapped today is “Salty Flamingo,” a 4.9% kettle soured Gose Style Ale. Brewed with Hibiscus Flowers and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt from The Spice Lab in Ft. Lauderdale, this beer was then fermented with Pink Guava. Salty Flamingo is super refreshing with a slightly tart finish with fruity and floral notes from the pink guava and hibiscus.
