Today, we are over at Barrel of Monks working on a new collaboration brew between Saltwater, 3 Sons and Barrel of Monks – “Lime in the CocoMonk”! Here is what’s happening in our brewhouse this week: 
Brewed: House Ale, Hazy IPA 2.0, and Screamin’ Reels IPA
Centrifuged: Screamin’
Packaged: Screamin’ and Passion Pit


In the Market

Last night we poured beer at an awesome event at Vizcaya in Miami, alongside climate change nonprofit, CLEO Institute, and other environmental groups such as Surfrider Foundation. The whole event was eco friendly with “Bring Your Own Cup” for beer, and an informative panel was held with world-leaders discussing climate change.
