Pictured is our current growler list for this week. Our sale of Tides of The Reef Room is still going on to prepare for Super Bowl. Also on Super Bowl Sunday we will have a growler sale. Buy 2 growler fills of same size get 3rd of same size free. (Least expensive growler fill is free)   Sunday we will also have a tap takeover at Smoke in downtown Delray. We will also be staying open during the game. 

Also prepare for your Super Bowl parties with a keg!  Sixtels of Vanilla Oak Aged Dry Hopped South End are $75 with a $100 deposit.  

Tuesday is 25% off growler fills and paint a pint glass night. paint the pint starts at 7-9 pm for $35. Includes 2 pint glasses and paint.

Wednesday is University night. $4 select beers with a Student ID

Thursday we will be re-releasing Quest For The Crest our English Pale Ale!  Thursday will also have live music with Mike Maytin from 5-8 pm.  

   Stinger is on growler fill!  We received a lot of request so we wanted to put it on tap for you guys. This batch is coming in at 11.25% and is our favorite batch yet. Also in growler fill is our last keg of Pumpkin Puffer Stout. Get it while it lasts. We are also having a growler and pint sale for Tides of the Reef Room: Batch 1. 32 oz fills are $5 and gallon fills are $15. Pints during happy hour are still $3, but will be $4 when happy hour is over. Batch 1 is a west coast style pale ale dry hopped with Nothern Brewer, Galena, and Columbus hops. 

  This Thursday the 15th we will be releasing our Vanilla Oak Aged Dry Hopped South End. This is our South End Session aged on High Vanilla Oak staves then dry hopped with 1.5 lbs per barrel of Experimental 05256 hop. It comes in at 4.9%. 

   Next week is South Florida Beer Week (Jan 17-24). On the 17th we will have a Tap Takeover at Papa's Raw Bar. Our Screamin' Reels, South End, and Raspberry Reef will be on tap along with 2 special release kegs we will be brining. They are also selling special edition T-Shirts for $20!

On the 21st we will have Floating Flight Night back!  We will be pairing 4 of our beers with 4 ice cream flavors from Frosty Point Ice Cream Parlor in Lighthouse Point. 

On the 22nd we have a new beer release and Delray Bar Crawl!  In the tasting room at noon we will be releasing Hey Brah, our 4.2 % Oud Bruin. It is a sour brown ale aged in our wild house yeast barrels. That night is also the Delray Bar Crawl. At each bar, during the designated times, Saltwater beers will be discounted. From 5-7 Tryst will have Smokin' Red Fish, Chocolate Mayday, Screamin' Reels, and Sable Saison. From 7-9 Park Tavern will have South End, Katelyn and Kaleigh's Saison, Chelsea and Lauren's Raspberry Reef, and Chocolate Mayday. Also from 7-9 Salt 7 will have Bone-A-Fied Blonde, Screamin' Reels, South End, and Raspberry Reef. Lastly from 9-11 Bull Bar will have Screamin' Reels and Sunken Scotsmen. The Bar crawl is a great way to check out some of our awesome accounts and walk around Downtown Delray. All the places are located on the Ave and easy walking distances.  

On the 23rd we will have Randall Wars at the brewery. We will be putting on Monk's Vacation with vanilla oak staves and Tides of the Reef Room with skittles.  

On Sat 24 is the the Jupiter Beer Fest. This is a great beer fest every year at Roger Dean Stadium. This was also the first beer fest we attended last year and very happy to be going back.

Our 1st Anniversary Party is fast approaching. Besides having lots of beer in tap, we will also be having a beer and food pairing competition. 6 restuarants and 6 breweries are paired together for a one bite / beer taster. Tickets are $25 and go on sale today. The pairings are:

TBC & 50 Ocean

Beer: Full bodied classic English style barley wine. Copper colored with tawny, caramel and dark fruit notes. Aged on Minnesota oak for a woody, charred accent. 9.1% ABV 42 IBU

Bite: Salted duck pierogi. Duck confit, rogue smokey bleu and plum jam.

Sailfish Brewery & Sybarite Pig

Beer: Imperial porter with cocoa nibs, coffee, caramel, sea salt, datil peppers and Trinidad scorpion peppers. 8.9% ABV 31 IBU

Bite: Oxacan brownie made with 60% cacao, coffee, ancho chile, a touch of cayenne and salted caramel on top.

Wynwood Brewery & Sweetwater Bar and Grill

Beer: Conicial Visit Black IPA. Brewed with Amarillo and el dorado. 5.6% ABV

Bite: Short rib braised with Turkish figs and port reduction and goat cheese.

Saltwater Brewery & Dada

Beer: Sunken’ Scotsmen has a mild toffee nose. The toffee, caramel, and roast characteristic is more present in the first sip. This beer finishes with a smooth caramel flavor and slight hop bite. 6.5% ABV 27 IBU

Bite: Braised all natural beef short ribs, guava paste, water chestnuts, shaved parmesan and blue cheese finished with a drizzle of sweet soy.

Funky Buddha and Papas Raw Bar

Beer: Small axe Big IPA. Double IPA. Golden hued, deceptively strong and full tropical aroma. Heady notes of pineapple, orange, mango, guava and grapefruit. 9.5% 85 IBU

Bite: Seafood vinaigrette. Conch, crawfish, shrimp, tomatoes, onions, celery and olives in a homemade vinaigrette.

Cigar City & Smoke

Beer: Hard cider. Golden straw color with flavors and aromatics featuring notes of crisp Pink Lady apples with hints of granny smith and a soft balancing acidity. A medium dry finish. 5.5 % ABV

Bite: 4 hour St. Louis cut pork spare ribs

Thursday we are having a beer and ice cream float flights!  Frosty Point from Lighthouse Point will be providing the ice cream for the floats. Floats start at 7:30 on the 18th.  

Our growler sale of Screamin' Reels is still going on!  $5 32 oz fills and $20 gallon fills!  We also have Sunken' Scotsman on growler fills starting this week!

Mayday is back on tap. It is our 10.2% Chocolate Cream Porter. Tapping on Thursday is our Winter Ale!  It is a 7.5% belgian dark ale aged on fresh New Jersey cranberries, orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon, and pine. 

Our holiday keg sale is still going on! Kegs are $50 for sixtels and $100 for half kegs. Sixtels available are South End, Screamin' Reels, Tides of the Reef Room: Batch 1, and Octo-Festbier. Half kegs available are Screamin' Reels, and Tides of the Reef Room: Batch 1 (South End Sold Out). $100 keg deposit for all kegs.

Dec 11th @ 7pm there is a beer dinner at Havana Hideout!  They created a low country menu with Fried Grouper and Grits as a starter, Alligator and Greens 1st course, Chicken Stew with Cornbread and butter as a 2nd course, and a Chocolate Stout Bread Pudding as dessert. Also on the 11th, we will be releasing the new batch of Chocolate Mayday. Will be on tap starting at noon! Chocolate Mayday is a 10.2% Imperial Chocolate Cream Porter. 

Remember, our 1 year anniversary is coming up!  We will be having a party at the brewery on Dec 27th. There will be a food and beer pairing competition between 6 breweries teamed with 6 restuarants. Also there will be special keg tap pings and guest taps throughout the day!

Also South Florida Beer Week will be on Jan 17th to the 24th. More info on events to come.
