We're Hiring in Delray Beach: Taproom, Brewhouse, and Apparel Production Jobs at Saltwater Brewery
We're the founders of Saltwater Brewery, and we're growing the crew. Since 2013 we've been brewing ocean-minded beer in Delray Beach — we're the folks who pioneered the edible six-pack ring — and right now we're hiring across all three sides of the operation: the Reef Room taproom and beer garden, the brewhouse, and the apparel production line behind our Saltwater Lifestyle gear.

The Reef Room: taproom and beer garden
Bar Manager (full-time). A hands-on leader to run the taproom and beer garden day to day — staff, service, inventory, and the beer garden nights that make us who we are. $52,000–$65,000/yr, based on experience.
Bartender (full-time). Pour the Core Four, take care of our guests, and hold the bar down nights and weekends. $11–$13/hr + tips — market-typical all-in earnings run $25–$35/hr on strong nights.
Bartender (part-time). Nights, weekends, and event coverage, 15–28 hours a week depending on season. $11/hr base + tips, with market-typical all-in earnings of $22–$32/hr on a good night.
The Brewhouse
Brewer (full-time). Run brew days on our Core Four — Screamin' Reels IPA, Sea Cow Milk Stout, LocAle Golden Ale, and Passion Pit Fruit Ale — plus cellar and packaging work on a small, tight team. $20–$26/hr depending on experience.
Brewer Helper (full-time). The hands-on, entry-level production job: brew-day prep, cellar work, cleaning, canning, and kegging, right alongside our head brewer. No professional brewery experience required — serious homebrewers welcome. $16–$19/hr.
Apparel Production: Saltwater Lifestyle
Shirt Production Worker (sublimation). If you've been hunting heat press or sublimation jobs, this one is real production work: run the sublimation printer and heat press on daily ecommerce batches, color-match against our approved samples, and pack orders that ship clean and on time. Part-time to full-time, $16–$22/hr based on real press experience, with a short paid trial batch as part of the hiring process.
How hiring works here
Every role starts with an email — a resume, or honestly just your experience and availability. We reply with a few quick questions, then bring you in for an in-person interview at the taproom. We're easy to find: the first building off the I-95 Atlantic Ave exit, right on the railroad tracks at 1701 W. Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach. Many roles include a paid trial shift, because the best interview is watching each other work.
