You don’t respond to emails or calls

I ordered one 14 IPhone case. However, when a received the bill, there was a charge for an 14Iphone case (correct) and a charge for an additional 11Iphone case. I emailed your support number and called your support number. No one from your company responded. I have to contact the credit card company to attempt to remove the overcharge. I like your product but your customer service is clearly lacking.
